Meine Kamera habe ich mit relativ leeren Akkus verwendet. Plötzlich kam die Meldung Kamera Aus-/Einschalten.
Natürlich habe ich sofort an meine Akkus gedacht. Aber leider war das Problem nach dem Wechsel der Akkus und weiterem Wechsel der Akkus immer noch da.
Die Camera schaltet sich ein, das Objektiv wird ein und aus gefahren und dann fogt die beschriebene Meldung.
Was soll ich tun, liegt es vielleicht an dem selben Problem für das es bei anderen Cyber Shot Modellen einen Rückruf bzw. eine Reparaturaktion gegeben hat?
Oder gibt es eine Möglichkeit, meine Camera wieder zur Vernunft zu bringen?

Ich kenne leider weder Deine Kamera aus eigener Anschauung, noch habe ich hier im Forum schon einmal von einer solchen Fehlermeldung an einer Cyber-shot-Kamera gehört. Mit den Rückrufaktionen einiger anderer Cyber-shot-Kameras hat das jedenfalls nichts zu tun - zumindest ist mir keine Aktion bekannt, bei der es um ein auch nur ansatzweise ähnliches Fehlerbild geht.

Du bist also mit Deiner DSC-W17 nicht allein mit dem Problem, auch Benutzer von DSC-W1, DSC-W5, DSC-W12, DSC-W55, DSC-W100 Kameras haben solche Fehlermeldungen schon mal bekommen.

Wird bei Dir auch "E:61:00" angezeigt, wie das wohl bei einigen anderen der Fall ist?

Einige Nutzer haben ihr Problem mit Klopfen oder sanften Schlägen von hinten oder von vorne gegen das Objektiv behoben:

Schlagen Sie die Kamera immer wieder auf Ihre Handfläche oder eine Tischplatte und schalten Sie diese dabei immer wieder ein und aus. Bei einigen wird es schon nach den ersten 4-6 Schlägen funktionieren, bei uns dauerte es etwa 50 Schläge und was soll ich Ihnen sagen: Sie funktioniert wieder einwandfrei.[/quote]
Da man auf diese Weise technischen Geräte normalerweise nicht repariert, sondern eher noch weiter kaputt macht, vermute ich, daß Schmutz (Sandkörnchen?) in die Kamera gekommen ist und irgendwas verklemmt hat und durch die Erschütterungen wieder losgerüttelt wurde. Natürlich sind auch andere Ursachen denkbar, aber die würde man dann auf diese Weise kaum ursächlich beheben.

In jedem Fall sollte man zunächst man mit Sony abklären, ob eine kostenlose Reparatur auf Garantie oder Kulanz möglich ist (wie alt ist die Kamera?) und erst dann zu rabiateren Methoden schreiten, wenn dies nicht möglich ist und eine kostenpflichtige Reparatur zu teuer sein sollte.
