In der Anleitung der Sony Alpha SLT-A33/SLT-A55/SLT-A55V findet man auch einen interessanten Absatz über die (bei Sony) neue Möglichkeit, Bilder von der Kamera per Wi-Fi drahtlos auf einen PC bzw. auf einen Fotoserver im Internet zu übertragen. Benötigt wird dazu statt einer normalen Speicherkarte eine spezielle Eye-Fi-Karte, die einen Wi-Fi-Transceiver enthält. Steckt eine solche Karte in der Kamera, dann erscheint ein zusätzlicher Menüpunkt in der Kamera, über den der Netzzugang für den drahtlosen Upload über WLAN konfiguriert werden kann.

Es sieht so aus, als ob sowohl die SLT-A33, SLT-A55 als auch die SLT-A55V diese Eye-Fi-Karten unterstützen würden. Das ist insofern interessant, als daß es von den Sony NEX-Kameras spezielle Varianten namens NEX-3C und NEX-5C gibt, die nicht Eye-Fi-kompatibel sind und die zur Auslieferung in Länder gedacht sind, in denen Eye-Fi aus rechtlichen und/oder technischen Gründen nicht angeboten wird.

PS. Ich vermute, daß auch die DSLR-A560 und DSLR-A580 Eye-Fi-kompatibel sein werden, bisher gibt es aber noch keine Informationen dazu. In der deutschen und englischen Anleitung der ebenfalls noch recht neuen DSLR-A290 und DSLR-A390 wird Eye-Fi hingegen noch nicht erwähnt. Es steht also zu erwarten, daß letztere beiden Kameras Eye-Fi noch nicht unterstützen.
