Indeed, they planned to burn a bitumen-based fuel in it, but never did. So they blew it up. Something to do with heavy metal emissions, pfff...


But never fear, they plan to build a new one there!

Though it won't make such an interesting subject, the smoke stacks won't be nearly as high at 85m.
