I guess I'll make do with setting the RATIO control to 2:1. I'm a still unclear why that makes a (noticeable) difference if the only flash that is ever fired from the built in one is a start signal.


Out of interest, how do you tell where the shutter opens on those diagrams of Michael's?


it fires a turn off signal during exposure also
